YSA Institute Conference

On November 16th and 17th, the Young single adults from Debrecen and surrounding areas, including Romania, met together to enjoy some fun social and spiritual activities.

Friday evening began with a dinner of Sloppy Joes, chips, veggies and Wacky cake.  Visiting was great fun too!

Some of the YSA's helped us with our blanket service project for the
Children's Cancer Clinic and Premature Baby clinic here in Debrecen.

Notice how Elder Adams works on his blanket.  :)

Some of the YSA's danced the Macarena dance and had a great time with it.

Then, they did the limbo.  Some were more limber than others.

Following the dance and activites, they all went to a nearby hostel to sleep.  Bright and early Saturday morning, we served a breakfast of rolls, various meats and cheese, vegetables, and gofri (waffles) with toppings of jam, nutella, homemade syrup, and whip cream.

Following the breakfast, they were spiritually fed at four very good Institute classes.
At the conclusion of the classes, they all took a tour of Debrecen and
returned home to their various areas.  It was a fun activity for all!
